　　天工国际发布公告，其子公司江苏天工科技股份有限公司股票将于2025年5月13日在北京证券交易所上市。证券简称“天工股份”，代码“920068”。此次上市获北交所批准，标志着公司发展迈入新阶段。

　　公开资料显示，天工股份是天工国际控股子公司，主要负责钛合金材料研发生产，至今年产能已达7000吨。天工股份拟投入募投资金3.6亿元，用于建设年产3000吨高端钛及钛合金棒、丝材生产线建设项目，通过本项目实施，将进一步推进钛材深加工战略和高端钛及钛合金线材进行扩产，以满足下游消费电子、航空航天、医疗器械等市场需求。
