根据协议，CoStar及其子公司将以每股4.43澳元的价格收购Domain剩余股份，较该股周四的收盘价溢价4.2%。CoStar及其子公司已持有Domain的16.9%股份。
Domain还可能决定派发每股至多0.10澳元的特别股息，这将使交易价值减少这一数额。
