5月9日，吉利汽车盘中涨幅一度超过3%，现报17.92港元。国联民生证券研报指出，吉利汽车计划私有化旗下品牌极氪，收购其所有已发行股份。私有化后，极氪将成吉利全资附属公司，有助于整合资源并提升竞争力。本次私有化资金来源包括新股发行、现金储备及债务融资。若全部以现金支付需161.9亿元人民币，若全以新股支付则需增发10.8亿股，对每股市值稀释约1.4%。此举有望进一步增厚吉利汽车整体业绩。
