国联民生证券发布研报指出，5月7日吉利汽车向极氪提交非约束性报价函，建议私有化极氪，收购所有已发行及发行在外的极氪股份及美国存托股票(本集团实益拥有者除外)。该行认为，私有化后极氪将成为吉利全资附属公司，实现退市并整合资源，提升乘用车业务竞争力(当前持股65.7%)。根据本次非约束性报价函建议购买价计算，本次私有化资金来源于新股发行、现金储备及债务融资(若需要)。根据按5月7日汇率计算，若全部以现金支付，需要现金161.9亿元人民币；若全部以新股发行支付，则需要增发10.8亿新股，以2025年5月7日吉利汽车港股收盘价计算，合167.8亿元人民币，合并后每股市值稀释约1.4%。
