Cuprina (CUPR) said Thursday it has completed the sale of 450,000 additional Class A shares after the underwriter fully exercised its over-allotment option.
The shares were sold at the IPO price of $4.00 each, before underwriting discounts, the company said.
With this, the company's total gross proceeds reached $13.8 million, which includes $12 million raised earlier through the initial public offering, it added.
Shares of the company were down nearly 13% in recent trading.
