智通财经APP获悉，山东墨龙(00568)再跌超11%，较本周高点7.55港元已跌超60%。截至发稿，跌9.71%，报3.07港元，成交额2.96亿港元。
消息面上，山东墨龙公告，股东智梦控股及其一致行动人于5月7日-5月8日期间通过集中竞价方式累计减持公司H股股份1.07亿股，占公司总股本的13.3866%。本次减持完成后，智梦控股及其一致行动人合计持有公司股份4481万股，占公司总股本的5.6164%。
据悉，山东墨龙日前公告，公司股票自2025年5月6日开市起撤销其他风险警示，证券简称由“ST墨龙”变更为“山东墨龙”，证券代码仍为“002490”。深交所公告称，因山东墨龙在深圳证券交易所上市的A股被撤销其他风险警示，将山东墨龙调入深港通下的港股通标的证券名单，并自5月6日起生效。
