中金发布研报称，永利澳门于5月7日公布1Q25业绩：净收入8.66亿美元，同比下降13%，环比下降7%，恢复至1Q19的69%；经调整物业EBITDA为2.52亿美元，同比下降26%，环比下降14%，恢复至1Q19的65%，低于2.74亿美元的市场一致预期。该行将永利澳门的表现归因于：1)永利澳门和永利皇宫的赢率不佳且面临市场份额流失；2)再投资率小幅提升，导致利润率下滑。
华泰证券指出，预计公司短期盈利或会受压，但考虑到博彩业转型后，散客化趋势明显，而集团的非博彩业务相对较弱，将目标价由7港元降至6.8港元。该行表示，澳门今年首季博彩收入每月平均不到200亿澳门元，因此下调永利澳门今明两年的赌收预测6.6%及12.5%，分别至299亿及303亿港元，而经调整EBITDA预测则降3.4%及3.7%，分别至98亿及99亿港元。
