原标题：马斯克XAI被曝正洽谈新一轮融资，估值有望达到1200亿美元
IT之家 5 月 9 日消息，纽约时报今日报道称，埃隆・马斯克旗下 AI 初创公司 xAI 正就新一轮融资进行谈判，其估值可能达到 1200 亿美元（现汇率约合 8687.66 亿元人民币）。
作为对比，其竞争对手 OpenA 今年 3 月刚完成了最新一轮融资，估值达 3000 亿美元（IT之家注：现汇率约合 2.17 万亿元人民币）。
据知情人士透露，目前 xAI 谈判尚处早期阶段，随着谈判推进，xAI 的估值仍可能上下波动。投资者正探讨向该公司注资 200 亿美元的事宜，但具体金额也可能调整。
目前 xAI 与马斯克旗下的社交媒体平台 X 深度绑定。今年 3 月，马斯克宣布将 X 出售给 xAI。根据全股票交易条款，xAI 估值达 800 亿美元（现汇率约合 5791.77 亿元人民币），X 平台估值则为 330 亿美元。2023 年 12 月 xAI 完成融资时的估值约为 400 亿美元。
马斯克曾于 2015 年与萨姆・奥尔特曼等人共同创立 OpenAI，但在约两年后因为对公司发展方向存在分歧而选择退出。
