智通财经APP讯，粤丰环保(01381)及要约人瀚蓝(香港)环境投资有限公司联合公布，于2025年5月12日(星期一)举行的股东特别大会上，股东特别大会通告所载的特别决议案及普通决议案已获正式通过为公司的特别决议案及普通决议案，而于同日举行的法院会议上，计划已获计划股东批准。 预期股份于联交所交易的截止时间为2025年5月14日(星期三)下午4时10分。
该公司已向联交所申请且联交所已批准根据上市规则第6.15(2)条撤销股份于联交所的上市地位，自2025年6月2日(星期一)下午4时正起生效，惟须待计划生效后方可作实。
