智通财经APP获悉，吉利汽车(00175)尾盘涨超5%，截至发稿，涨4.34%，报18.28港元，成交额22.5亿港元。
消息面上，5月7日，吉利汽车宣布，计划收购极氪已发行全部股份。吉利汽车目前持有极氪约65.7%的股份，如交易完成，极氪将与吉利汽车实现完全合并。极氪将于纽交所退市实现私有化。此外，据第一财季报道，此前在渠道上采用直营模式的极氪引入了合伙人(代理制)模式，以填补极氪在下沉市场的渠道布局空白，加速今年销量目标的实现。
交银国际认为，私有化极氪利好吉利，私有化极氪后，吉利将建立起统一的上市平台，全面整合极氪资产、资源，BOM成本，研发投入和费用支出等有望降低。该行看好吉利在整合后的销量表现，维持“买入”评级及目标价22.5港元。
