财信产业基金投资企业博雷顿成功登陆港交所
本报讯 （记者肖伟）5月7日，湖南省财信产业基金管理有限公司（以下简称“财信产业基金”）投资企业博雷顿科技股份公司（以下简称“博雷顿”，股票代码：01333.HK）成功在港交所主板上市，成为港股“零碳矿山机器人第一股”。上市首日，博雷顿表现亮眼，收盘价24.9港元/股，较发行价上涨38.33%。这是财信产业基金“基金+招商”赋能地方产业发展又一成果。
博雷顿成立于2016年，主要从事新能源工程机械及重卡的研发和销售，是国内最早批量化生产新能源牵引车、新能源矿卡、新能源装载机的高新技术企业和国家级专精特新重点“小巨人”企业。2022年，湖南财信金控集团旗下财信产业基金参与博雷顿C+轮融资，以基金方式投资3亿元，并成功推动博雷顿矿卡总部项目落户湖南湘潭。该项目一期达产后预计年产能2000台，产值不低于30亿元。
据悉，近年来，湖南财信金控集团指导财信产业基金坚持“引资本、引产业、引智力”的三引目标，构筑良好的产业投资生态。截至目前，财信产业基金通过自主管理基金、自有资金及参股基金，已投资和引入湖南超200个项目，合计投资超370亿元。
