Keybridge Capital (ASX:KBC) said that the Supreme Court of New South Wales Court of Appeal dismissed activist investor Nicholas Bolton's appeal on May 8, and ordered him to pay the respondents' costs, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.

The court upheld its earlier decision, confirming the company's board and ordering an end to its external administration with immediate effect, the filing added.

Bolton's executive roles have been suspended pending an internal investigation, the company said.
