5月9日，天工国际盘中涨幅一度超过4%，截至发稿上涨2.73%，报2.26港元。其子公司江苏天工科技股份有限公司将于5月13日在北京证券交易所上市，证券简称“天工股份”，代码“920068”。天工股份是天工国际控股子公司，专注于钛合金材料研发生产，年产能达7000吨。此次募投项目计划投入3.6亿元，用于建设高端钛及钛合金棒、丝材生产线，以满足航空航天、消费电子等领域需求，推动公司向深加工战略转型。
