Adtalem Global Education (ATGE) reported fiscal Q3 adjusted earnings late Thursday of $1.92 per diluted share, up from $1.50 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.65.
Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $466.1 million, compared with $412.7 million a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $446.8 million.
Adtalem said it is raising its guidance for fiscal year 2025, with
adjusted EPS now expected at $6.40 to $6.60 on revenue of $1.760 billion to $1.775 billion. Analysts expected EPS of $6.25 on revenue of $1.75 billion.
Shares were up over 2% in after-hours activity.
