BILL Q3 Non-GAAP EPS Declines, Revenue Increases, Sets Q4 Outlook, Shares Slipping After-Hours

BILL Holdings (BILL) reported fiscal Q3 non-GAAP net income late Thursday of $0.50 per diluted share, down from $0.60 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.37.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $358.2 million, up from $323 million a year earlier.

Analysts expected $356.5 million.

For Q4, the financial software company is projecting non-GAAP EPS of $0.39 to $0.43 on revenue of $370.5 million - $380.5 million.

Analysts are looking for $0.39 and $382.5 million, respectively.

For fiscal 2025, the company is now projecting non-GAAP EPS of $2.06 - $2.09 on revenue of $1.45 billion to $1.46 billion. The company's prior outlook for non-GAAP EPS was $1.87 to $1.97 on $1.454 billion to $1.469 billion revenue.

Analysts are looking for $1.96 and $1.46 billion, respectively.

BILL shares were down nearly 5% in recent after-hours activity.
