Black Rock Mining (ASX:BKT) said that a default notice issued to its Tanzanian unit, Faru Graphite, over the Mahenge graphite project license has been lifted by Tanzania's Mining Commission, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company said it responded promptly to a notice made by the regulator with documentation and received confirmation on May 9 that the notice had been withdrawn.
Black Rock Mining confirmed that there are no impediments to operations.
Shares of the company rose 20% on market close.
