American Healthcare REIT Q1 Normalized FFO, Revenue Rise; 2025 FFO Guidance Boosted

American Healthcare REIT (AHR) reported Q1 normalized funds from operations late Thursday of $0.38 per diluted share, up from $0.30 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected FFO of $0.36.

Revenue in the three months ended March 31 rose to $540.6 million from $499.5 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $537.4 million.

The company boosted 2025 normalized FFO guidance to the range of $1.58 to $1.64 a share from $1.56 to $1.60. Analysts polled by FactSet expect FFO of $1.57.

Shares of the company rose 2.9% in after-hours trading.
