【报告：4月份新增发行的1763亿元专项债中，投向房地产相关领域约717亿元】金十数据5月9日讯，克而瑞地产研究中心发布的报告显示，今年4月份全国地方政府新增发行的1763亿元专项债中，投向房地产相关领域合计717亿元，占比40%，较3月份提升8个百分点。其中，明确主要投向房地产规模为336亿元，环比增加了30%。从累计数据来看，1-4月新增专项债累计发行1.1万亿元，其中3891亿元投向房地产相关领域，占比35%，明确主要投向房地产的额度为1646亿元，占比15%。
