千百度(01028.HK) 早前公布，南京美丽华未能偿还本金总额约为2.15亿元人民币的贸易债务。集团最新表示，南京美丽华至今仍未还款。经征询中国法律意见后，集团已于南京市秦淮区人民法院对南京美丽华提起法律诉讼，以追讨尚未偿还之贸易债务2.14亿元人民币(下同)并连同逾期利息。
于2025年5月8日，集团取得法院发出的《受理案件通知书》，确认南京美丽华一案已正式受理审理。此外，公司亦已向法院申请财产保全申请，阻止南京美丽华转让或出售相当于2.14亿元的资产。该等申请包括冻结或扣押相关资产，以确保法院判决的可执行性。(ss/u)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
