5月9日金融一线消息，中国人民银行济宁市分行行政处罚决定信息公示表显示，山东汶上农村商业银行股份有限公司因未按规定履行客户身份识别义务、与身份不明的客户进行交易，被罚款150000元。同时，王瑞（时任山东汶上农村商业银行股份有限公司副行长）因对未按规定履行客户身份识别义务负有责任，被罚款16000元；路笃民（时任山东汶上农村商业银行股份有限公司副行长）因对与身份不明的客户进行交易负有责任，被罚款15000元。
