5月9日，中国海外发展（00688）发布公告，2025年4月，公司及其附属公司、合营公司和联营公司的合约物业销售金额约为201.64亿元，同比下跌7.5%；销售面积约为74万平方米，同比下跌21.2%。

　　在2025年1月至4月期间，公司的累计合约物业销售金额约为665.83亿元，累计销售面积约为293万平方米，分别同比下降18.8%和0.9%。

　　此外，截至2025年4月30日，公司已认购物业销售约79.56亿元，预计将在未来几个月转化为合约物业销售。
