5月9日，奇点国峰（01280）发布公告，宣布出售目标公司全部股权的交易。目标公司于2024年11月29日的负债净额为3.47亿元，其中包括应收目标公司的公司间贷款3.46亿元以及于2022年10月欠付扬州来好总额106万元。目标公司在出售前已处于资不抵债状态，停止所有实际业务运营。
此次交易的原因在于，出售目标公司将有利于本公司的整体财务表现。目标公司在交易日期的资产总值仅为8088.1元，全部为现金或现金等价物。通过出售该公司，本公司能够提高资产基础，有效抵消过去的亏损。此外，豁免贷款3.46亿元也是促成交易的重要条件，尽管目标公司无力偿还其债务，但这一措施将使本集团整体受益。
