5月9日金融一线消息，中国人民银行济宁市分行行政处罚信息公开表显示，济宁农村商业银行股份有限公司因未按规定履行客户身份识别义务、与身份不明的客户进行交易，被罚款485000元。同时，尚华（时任济宁农村商业银行股份有限公司运营管理部总经理）因对济宁农村商业银行股份有限公司未按规定履行客户身份识别义务负有责任，被罚款15000元；陈辉（时任济宁农村商业银行股份有限公司业务发展部总经理）因对济宁农村商业银行股份有限公司与身份不明的客户进行交易负有责任，被罚款15000元。
