南方财经5月9日电，据证券时报，有市场人士关注，中芯国际和华虹公司的一季报中，其重要股东国家集成电路产业投资基金股份有限公司旗下全资孙公司鑫芯（香港）投资有限公司（以下简称鑫芯香港）持股比例发生变动。据了解，鑫芯香港持有两家公司的股份均为H股，其减持行为不涉及两家公司A股股份。近期，中芯国际和华虹公司两家公司均未有股东发布减持A股相关公告。
5月8日晚间，国内两大晶圆代工巨头中芯国际、华虹公司披露2025年一季报。受益于产业链在地化生产趋势延续、消费、汽车等多领域市场需求复苏，中芯国际与华虹公司产能利用率均保持饱满状态，实现产销两旺的良好局面。其中，中芯国际产能利用率已接近九成，一季度实现净利润13.65亿元，同比大幅增长166.5%。
