金吾财讯 | 据外媒报道，多家油企或已就收购英国石油(BP)进行财务评估。报道指，蚬壳、雪佛龙(CVX)、埃克森美孚(XOM)、法国道达尔能源及阿布扎比国家石油公司(Adnoc)均已审视相关数据，商品交易商维多(Vitol)据报或对英国石油部分业务感兴趣。报道指，按分类加总估值法(SOTP)，英国石油资产价值超过1,200亿英镑，为其当前市值570亿英镑逾两倍。有接近维权投资公司Elliott Management人士指，英国石油股价持续低迷使其容易成为收购目标，又称Elliott已在英国石油建立主要持股。报道亦引述瑞银估计，英国石油的油气资产总值820亿美元，但同时背负770亿美元债务和长期负债，包括2010年深水地平线(Deepwater Horizon)漏油事件带来的负债。
