B.Duck Semk (HKG:2250) subsidiary Semk Licensing (Shenzhen) formed a joint venture agreement with Mark Digital Innovation (Shenzhen) Cultural Development to develop IP matrix-based artificial intelligence large-model smart products.
B.Duck Semk will contribute about 2.8 million yuan for the JV, according to a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The JV will supervise sales and operations of the AI-powered smart products across all channels.
