智通财经APP讯，电视广播(00511)发布公告，本公司董事局行政主席许涛先生(许先生)与徐敬先生(徐先生)已签订一项买卖协议，徐先生同意将彼持有的YLH股份的权益转让予许先生(是次交易)。YLH 为邵氏兄弟有限公司的间接控股公司，邵氏兄弟有限公司于本公告日期持有本公司1.168亿股股份。
是次交易须经通讯事务管理局(通讯局)批准，而本公司已向通讯局申请必要的批准。通讯局已授出有关批准。
本公司获 YLH进一步通知，是次交易经通讯局批准后已于2025年5月9日完成。因此，徐先生已不再持有YLH和本公司的任何股份。
徐先生因健康状况及退休计划而辞任本公司非执行董事的职位，自2025年5月9日起生效。徐先生确认彼与董事局之间并无意见分歧，亦无有关彼辞任而须本公司股东垂注的事宜。
