智通财经APP获悉，此前，天然气矿产及特许权使用费公司怀特霍克(WhiteHawk)已同意以每股4.35美元的现金价格收购潘汉德尔油气公司(PHX.US)，较后者5月7日收盘价溢价21.8%。美股周四盘后，潘汉德尔油气股价大涨超20%，截至发稿，上涨近19%。若算上债务，此次交易总价值约达1.87亿美元。
怀特霍克表示，这笔交易将为其新增180万英亩优质天然气矿产及特许权资产，大幅拓展其在得克萨斯州和路易斯安那州海恩斯维尔页岩核心产区的业务版图，并使其资产组合进一步向俄克拉何马州的SCOOP/STACK产区延伸，实现多元化布局。
交易完成后，经模拟测算，怀特霍克将持有总计约310万英亩的特许权权益，其现金流将来自10,163口生产井、368口在建井、330口已获批井，以及超过7,250个未开发区块。
