　　时代环球集团（02310）发布公告，于2025年5月8日，公司接获破产管理署发来的函件，当中表示于2025年4月30日收到针对公司的清盘呈请。该呈请乃向香港特别行政区高等法院原讼法庭发出，以根据2025年第246号公司清盘法律程序将公司清盘。呈请人为公司前董事申柯先生。该呈请的聆讯订于2025年7月9日进行。

　　呈请人为本金额为1000万港元的3%票息非上市及无抵押债券的持有人，该债券已于2024年11月16日到期。于本公布日期，公司正与呈请人磋商延长债券的还款及结算期限。

　　于本公布日期，据董事所深知、全悉及确信，该呈请并无对公司及其附属公司的业务营运及财务状况构成重大影响。
