智通财经APP获悉，周一，文远知行(WRD.US)大涨逾30%，报10.45美元。消息面上，5月6日，文远知行与Uber联合宣布，将深度拓展战略合作版图。双方明确规划，未来五年内，于欧洲、中东等核心国际市场的15 座新城市，全面铺开自动驾驶 Robotaxi 服务。
5月7日，文远知行更新公开信息，Uber承诺在现有投资基础上，向文远知行追加 1 亿美元股权投资，这是 Uber 迄今在自动驾驶领域的最大笔投资。据悉，这笔投资将在接下来数月，由文远知行选择合适时间完成交割。资金到位后，将为文远知行在技术研发的攻坚克难、业务版图的拓展延伸以及车队规模的稳步扩张等方面，提供强有力的资金保障。
