路透巴黎5月12日 - 总部位于美国的StoneX集团SNEX.O周一表示，该公司已同意 (link)，收购法国谷物经纪商Plantureux et Associes，以拓展欧洲农产品市场。
该协议也标志着金融服务公司StoneX继上个月斥资9亿美元收购期货经纪公司R.J. O'Brien (link) 之后又迈出了整合的一步。
