　　据四位知情人士向媒体透露，特朗普正计划接收一架波音747-8型飞机，该飞机随后将作为“空军一号”使用。其中两位消息人士表示，这份赠礼的所有权预计将在特朗普第二任期结束后转移至特朗普总统图书馆基金会。

　　美国司法部高级官员向媒体证实，司法部法律顾问办公室已准备并获得司法部长帕姆-邦迪（Pam Bondi）批准的备忘录，认定国防部接受卡塔尔赠送的这架拟用作“空军一号”、并计划在特朗普离任后转赠其本人的747飞机具有合法性。该备忘录尚未对外公开。

　　特朗普周一在白宫对记者表示，考虑接受这架飞机是由于美国制造商波音公司的交付延迟。这家公司以生产著名的双层747飞机而闻名。

　　“你看看某些阿拉伯国家停放在美国飞机旁边的专机，简直像是来自另一个星球，”特朗普说，“我非常尊重卡塔尔领导人。他们了解制造延迟的情况，因为他们采购波音飞机，大量采购。他们表示愿意提供帮助。如果我们能获得一架747作为对国防部的捐赠，在他们建造新飞机期间使用几年，我认为这是非常友好的姿态。”
