智通财经APP讯，复星医药(600196.SH)发布公告，根据国家药品监督管理局(简称“国家药监局”)药品审评中心发布的公示信息，公司控股子公司上海复星医药产业发展有限公司的FCN-159片(申请注册分类：化药1类;以下简称“该新药”)用于治疗儿童朗格汉斯组织细胞增生症已被纳入突破性治疗药物程序。
该新药为集团自主研发的创新型小分子化学药物，为MEK1/2选择性抑制剂，拟主要用于治疗晚期实体瘤、1型神经纤维瘤病、树突状细胞和组织细胞肿瘤、低级别脑胶质瘤等。
