智通财经APP讯，PACIFIC LEGEND(08547)发布公告，截至2025年5月2日(星期五)下午5时正(即配售代理配售未获认购供股股份的最后时限)，8335万股未获认购供股股份已根据配售事项成功配售予不少于6名承配人，配售价为每股0.1港元(相当于认购价)。因此，根据补偿安排并无可供分配予不行动股东的净收益。
根据供股事项的接纳结果及配售事项的结果，将予配发及发行的供股股份为 1.37亿股供股股份，占供股事项提呈认购的供股股份总数约99.99%。
