智通财经APP讯，保利置业集团(00119)发布公告，本公司一间于中国注册成立的全资附属公司保利置业集团有限公司(上海保利置业)接获由中国银行间市场交易商协会(交易商协会)发出日期为2025年4月29日的《接受注册通知书》(中市协注〔2025〕MTN416号)(该通知书)。根据该通知书，上海保利置业获准在中国发行注册金额为人民币70亿元的中期票据(中票)。该注册额度自该通知书落款之日起2年内有效，上海保利置业可于注册有效期内分期发行中票。每次发行完成后，上海保利置业应通过交易商协会认可的途径披露发行结果。
