AvePoint Swings to Q1 Profit, Revenue Rises; Issues Guidance

AvePoint (AVPT) reported Q1 GAAP earnings Thursday of $0.02 per diluted share, swinging from a loss of $0.01 a year ago.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected a loss of $0.01.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $93.1 million, up from $74.5 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $88.7 million.

The company set Q2 revenue guidance of $95.3 million to $97.3 million. Analysts expected $91.8 million.

For the full year 2025, it now expects revenue of $397.4 million to $405.4 million, up from $380.0 million to $388.0 million previously. Analysts expected $384.3 million.

The shares were up more than 9% in extended trading.
