智通财经APP讯，友芝友生物-B(02496)发布公告，兹提述中国证券监督管理委员会于2019年11月14日发布并于2023年8月10日进一步修订的《H股公司境内未上市股份申请“全流通”业务指引》。
鉴于《指引》，公司董事会审议及批准公司若干股东所持公司约6801.03万股内资股及非上市外资股(占截至本公告日期公司已发行股本总额的约35.08%)拟实施全流通。于取得所有相关批准(包括中国证监会的备案通知)及遵守所有适用法律、规则及法规后，该等内资股及非上市外资股将转换为公司H股，而公司将向香港联合交易所有限公司申请批准该等H股于联交所主板上市及买卖。
截至本公告日期，公司尚未向中国证监会提交H股全流通备案申请。公司将根据内幕消息条文及╱或上市规则的规定就H股全流通及转换并上市的进展作出进一步公告。
