智通财经APP讯，昊天国际建投(01341)发布公告，配售协议所载的所有条件已于2025年5月12日获达成，而完成已根据配售协议的条款及条件于2025年5月12日作实。
根据配售协议，公司已根据特别授权按每股配售股份0.40港元的配售价向承配人配发及发行合共1.25亿股配售股份，相当于本公告日期公司已发行股本(经配发及发行配售股份扩大)约1.61%。
配售事项所得款项总额为5000万港元，配售事项所得款项净额约为4925万港元。预期配售事项所得款项净额的72.66%将用于发展集团于马来西亚拥有的土地上开发互联网数据中心，15.68%用作一般营运资金，及11.66%用于偿还贷款。
