美股异动 | 泛美白银重挫15%，拟21亿美元收购MAG Silver
5月12日，泛美白银盘初跌超15%，MAG Silver涨超7%。据报道，泛美白银将以约21亿美元的总对价收购加拿大矿业公司MAG Silver的所有已发行且在流通的普通股，相当于每股MAG Silver的股票为20.54美元。这一收购价较MAG Silver 5月9日收盘价溢价约21%。
两家公司在一份声明中表示，该交易得到了泛美银业和MAG Silver董事会的一致批准，预计将于2025年下半年完成。据悉，这笔交易将使泛美白银获得MAG Silver在墨西哥一级银矿Juanicipio中44%的权益——该银矿持有剩余56%权益的Fresnillo公司负责运营。
泛美白银首席执行官Michael Steinmann表示：“我们对MAG Silver的收购将把世界上最优质的白银矿之一纳入泛美白银的资产组合。Juanicipio是一座大型、高品位、低成本的银矿，将显著提升泛美白银在高利润银矿资源方面的敞口。此外，我们还看到了Juanicipio以及MAG Silver旗下Deer Trail和Larder项目的巨大勘探潜力带来的未来增长机会。这项战略性收购将进一步巩固泛美白银作为专注美洲地区领先白银生产商的地位。”
