智通财经APP获悉，九方智投控股$(09636)$午后涨超5%，截至发稿，涨5.57%，报41.7港元，成交额1.15亿港元。
消息面上，九方智投控股拟以1.0881亿港元收购Yintech Financial的全部股权、以1816万港元收购其核心信息系统。东吴证券表示，此次收购将是九方智投“出海”第一步，通过目标公司覆盖中国香港、美国等核心市场，提升行业竞争力。此外，通过整合方德证券的持牌业务，九方智投控股可能加强在联交所、美国证券交易所以及沪港通、深港通北向交易等核心市场的覆盖能力，进一步拓展跨境金融服务。
开源证券此前指出，九方智投控股面向大众富裕人群提供高端投教和金融信息软件服务，具有强内容支撑的产品体系，深耕MCN精细化流量运营，先发优势明显。关注小单战略将流量公域转私域进展，以及AI赋能效果。信达证券则指出，公司深耕在线投资者内容服务市场，已形成核心产品力、用户规模、运营口碑等优势，充分受益于市场走势回暖，业绩有望进一步改善。
