智通财经APP讯，中达集团控股(00139)公布，董事会建议以分派集团持有的2486.3万股GIBO 股份的方式按于记录日期名列公司股东名册上的合资格股东各自于公司当时的持股比例向彼等派发特别股息。
基于公司根据分派将予分派的2486.3万股GIBO 股份以及假设自本公告日期起直至记录日期公司股权概无变动，股东将就其持有的每1.4万股股份收取约 17股GIBO股份。
此外，公司拟注销股份溢价，方法是注销公司股份溢价账的全部进账额。根据公司最近期管理账目，公司股份溢价及实缴盈余账的进账额约为55.77亿港元，而过往累计亏损约为53.31亿港元。
