港股中资券商股普遍上涨，其中，中金公司、华泰证券涨超4%，光大证券涨3%，中州证券、中国银河、中信证券、招商证券、中信建投涨超2%。
消息上，“一行一局一会”日前发布会重点一览：降准降息“双管齐下”！有分析称，降准降息将直接增加市场流动性，对于券商来说，市场流动性充足有利于其开展各项业务，如经纪业务、投资银行业务、资产管理业务等，这些业务的发展将直接提升券商的业绩，从而对券商股产生正面影响。
此外，华泰证券研究员张继强、吴宇航等报告称，降准降息均利好资金中枢继续下行。降准将带动超储率回升，同时预计会对买断式逆回购等成本偏高的工具形成置换，缓解大行负债端压力，大行融出价格有望继续降低。(格隆汇)
