新地(00016.HK) 旗下西沙SIERRA SEA第1B期首轮销售将于今日(12日)下午8时截票，保守估计可突破3万票，当中包括不少新客及第1A(2)期的向隅客继续入票。新地代理执行董事陈汉麟预计，大手客比例与第1A(2)期相若。他又提到，项目有机会于首轮销售后加推，并于周末进行新一轮销售。
