人民财讯5月12日电，知行科技5月12日在港交所公告，2025年5月12日，公司旗下专注于机器人研发及商业化的全资子公司艾摩星机器人与苏州小工匠机器人有限公司股东签署了股权转让框架协议。根据框架协议，艾摩星机器人将出资收购小工匠机器人大部分股份，成为小工匠机器人控股股东。小工匠机器人是一家总部位于苏州的机器人领域国家高新技术企业，主要核心产品为智能一体化关节及定制化机械臂，并且具备电机、减速器及驱动器等关键零件的设计及开发能力，已获得超过60项相关知识产权。本公司认为，收购小工匠机器人将加速提升本公司在机器人关键部件层面的技术积累，加速拓展具体场景应用的业务范围。
