瑞和数智配售新股份协议完成日期调整至5月23日
5月9日，瑞和数智（03680）发布公告，宣布根据一般授权配售新股份的补充公告。根据公告内容，配售事项的完成须在2025年6月2日（或本公司与配售代理可能书面协定之较后日期）前达成配售协议的条件后方可生效。
然而，在2025年5月9日，本公司与配售代理签订了配售协议的补充协议，双方共同协定最后完成日期为2025年5月23日。
公告中强调，除上述变动外，配售协议的所有其他条款保持不变，并且配售协议仍具有充分效力。需要注意的是，配售事项的完成仍需待达成配售协议的条件，因此未必会进行，股东及潜在投资者在买卖股份时需谨慎行事。
