2025年4月10日，霍邱县利民城乡建设投资有限公司通过安徽省产权交易中心以网上挂牌方式公开出让安徽省霍邱县范桥铁矿勘探(探矿权保留)探矿权(以下简称“范桥铁矿探矿权”)。
经公司董事会批准，金安矿业参与本次范桥铁矿探矿权的公开竞拍。2025年5月8日，金安矿业交纳3亿元保证金。2025年5月12日，金安矿业以92,036.77万元人民币竞得范桥铁矿探矿权;同日，金安矿业与安徽省产权交易中心有限责任公司签订《竞价结果通知单》。
