5月9日金融一线消息，中国人民银行武威市分行行政处罚决定信息公示表显示，甘肃民勤农村商业银行股份有限公司因未按规定履行客户身份识别义务，被处以20万元罚款。
同时，苗某某（时任甘肃民勤农村商业银行股份有限公司副行长）因对甘肃民勤农村商业银行股份有限公司未按规定履行客户身份识别义务负有责任，被处以1万元罚款；赵某某（时任甘肃民勤农村商业银行股份有限公司计划财务部/运营管理部总经理）因对甘肃民勤农村商业银行股份有限公司未按规定履行客户身份识别义务负有责任，被处以1万元罚款。
