小米汽车在5月7日晚间发表声明，对之前信息表达不够清晰表示歉意，并宣布了以下措施：对于尚未交付的订单，提供限时改配服务，允许用户将选装的碳纤维前舱盖改回铝制版本； 对于已经提车或计划在5月10日23:59:59前选择碳纤维双风道前舱盖的用户，赠送2万积分作为补偿。
