新地(00016.HK) 西沙路项目第1B期“SIERRA SEA”第2号价单宣布推出共88伙，涵盖11伙一房、64伙两房及13伙三房单位，实用面积介乎302至807平方呎，价单定价365.6万元至1,125.6万元，价单呎价11,349至15,229元。扣除最高折扣优惠后，折实售价由310.76万元起至956.76万元不等，折实呎价约9,647至12,944元，折实平均呎价约11,198元。以价单价计算，2号价单市值逾5.3亿元。
