智通财经APP获悉，金利来集团(00533)复牌低开近40%，截至发稿，跌39.6%，报0.9港元，成交额271.98万港元。
消息面上，金利来集团公布，主席曾智明建议将公司私有化之计划在法院会议上未获股东批准，其中，赞成及反对分别占出席投票的股东股数55.332%及44.668%。因此，建议及计划已告失效。公司表示，股份于联交所的上市地位将不会撤销。公司认为建议及计划失效将不会对集团的业务、营运或财务状况造成任何重大不利影响。
